Replanting Hope: 100,000 Fruit Trees for Our Border Kibbutzim in 2025

“But you, mountains of Israel, will produce branches and fruit for my people Israel, for they will soon come home.”

– Ezekiel 36:8

A Legacy of Growth & Resilience Under Threat

For generations, the orchards of Israel’s Northern border kibbutzim (communities) stood as symbols of growth, peace, and perseverance. These orchards fed families, supported livelihoods, and embodied the unyielding spirit of our communities.

But last year, the war ravaged our fields, leaving them scorched and barren.  We need to help replenish their burned orchards and vineyards.

Helping 25% of the North’s Population!

Of the 35 northern kibbutzim (communities) totaling 20,871 people, a local committee chose to raise funds for 7 communities totaling 5,189 people. That means helping 25% of the population!

The crops grown on the seven kibbutzim include apples, kiwi, cherries, plums, citrus fruit, avocado, bananas and vineyards. A total of 1,709 acres were obliterated by Hezbollah rockets. The percentage of the loss of arable land goes from 20%-80%.

Our Mission: 100,000 Fruit Trees in 2025

Why Fruit Trees?

  • Restoration of the Land – Each tree revives the fertile soil, bringing life back to our fields.
  • Livelihoods and Sustainability – These orchards provide food, jobs, and economic security for our kibbutzim.
  • Roots of Resilience – Planting trees is a declaration that we endure — in times of peace and in times of war.

This is more than replanting trees — it’s about restoring hope, rebuilding lives, and reclaiming our future.
