A heartwarming letter we received from a kibbutz we are supporting:
“My name is Anat, Chairperson of the emergency response team of Kibbutz Yiftach, evacuees from the Upper Galilee.
When our orchards burned, I wrote: “The green landscape has burned, but the human landscape is stronger than ever.”
In this war, I am discovering people, building connections, and am amazed by the good spirit that pulses through our nation.
You represent the donors, and I am reaching out to express my gratitude. This goes beyond words, beyond money, beyond everything. This is a contribution to hope, to faith. Even when the green turns to black, there are people who light our way again.
Thank you! Thank you for seeing us and donating generously. I wish the donor(s) only good, and that the good will envelop them as it envelops us. Thank you very much,
Anat, Kibbutz Yiftach.”
